Two 30-minute calls · $449 · you leave with a plan

Ready to make business simple?

There is work in your week that no longer needs a person doing it, and almost nobody has ever counted what it costs. We find where it goes, put a number on it, and hand you the plan. What you do with that is entirely up to you.

Book the audit (opens the booking page in a new tab)$449, fixed. Nothing else to decide today.

The expensive part is never the part you are watching

You already know which days feel worst. What is harder to see is where the hours actually go, because the waste is spread thin. Five minutes here. A second person re-keying something there. A job sitting two days waiting for one approval. On its own, none of it looks like a problem.

DONE TWICE

The same detail, entered twice

It arrives by email, gets typed into one system, then typed into another. Nobody decided to work that way. Two tools were bought four years apart and someone filled the gap.

WAITING

A job that waits on one person

One person signs it off, holds the login, or is the only one who really knows the pricing. Everything behind them stops the week they are away.

LEFTOVERS

A step nobody can explain

A form still gets filled in. A report still goes out. Ask why and you get "we have always done it." Whatever it was for may have ended years ago.

HALF-USED

Software doing a third of its job

You are paying monthly for something that could handle most of this. It was set up in a rush, nobody was shown the rest of it, and a spreadsheet quietly covers the difference.

None of it ever shows up as a line item, which is exactly why it never gets fixed. Finding it is the job. Two calls, and you get it in writing: what it costs you a year, what to fix first, and what is not worth touching.

How it works

Two calls, thirty minutes each. Nobody on your team writes a script, a formula or a prompt at any point.

STEP 1

We listen, 30 minutes

You walk us through the business. What comes in, who touches it, where it stalls, and which parts never get done at all. Nothing to prepare and nothing to install.

STEP 2

We come back with it in writing, 30 minutes

What is costing you time, what it is costing you, what to fix first, and what to leave alone. You keep the document either way.

And then it is your call

Two ways this ends, and both of them are fine

Take it and run

The plan is written to be handed to anyone: your own team, whoever does your IT, another firm entirely. A good share of what we find is something you can change on Monday without paying anybody. If that is the whole outcome, you got your money's worth and we are square.

Or we stay on and do it with you

If you would rather not be the one doing it, we take the first item on the list, quote it as a fixed price, and work next to whoever currently does the job. You stay involved as much or as little as you want. Nothing goes live until it matches what the person was doing by hand.

Book the audit (opens the booking page in a new tab)You decide after the second call, not before the first.

Where everyone starts

One hour of your time, and you stop guessing

$449, fixed, agreed before you book. Two calls, thirty minutes each. That is the whole thing.

There is no package waiting at the end of this. What is worth fixing is different in every business, which is exactly why it is worth an hour to find out what it is in yours. Sometimes it is the quoting. Sometimes it is the enquiries nobody answers. Sometimes it is a tool you are paying for twice.

CALL 1

You talk, we listen

Thirty minutes on how the work really moves. What comes in, who touches it, where it stalls, what never gets done. No preparation, no homework, nothing to install.

CALL 2

We come back with the answer

Thirty minutes walking you through what we found, then the written version to keep. You will know what your worst process costs you a year before you decide anything.

Take the plan in-house, take it to another firm, or take it nowhere. That is a fine outcome and it is the last you will hear from us.

What lands in your inbox

A written map of how the work actually moves through your business, in your words

What each stuck point is costing you a year, in hours and in money

A ranked list of what to fix first, and what to deliberately leave alone

Where enquiries are going cold before anyone calls them back

Software you are paying for that you can cancel this month

FEE

YOUR TIME

One hour

YOU KEEP

The plan

Book the audit (opens the booking page in a new tab)Pick a time that suits you. The price does not change and nothing is quoted on the call.

Yes, we can also build the thing

Most of what we recommend is smaller than people expect: a step removed, an approval moved, a tool you already pay for set up the way it should have been. When something genuinely needs building, we build it, and we build it around the person who has to use it every day. A system only one person can run is not a system, it is a second problem.

Workflow automation

Email, forms, spreadsheets, CRM and invoicing wired together so a step stops needing a person.

Customer follow-up

Enquiries answered in minutes, booking without phone tag, reminders, and the second attempt nobody remembers to make.

Documents and data

Scanned invoices, contracts and delivery notes turned into one table you can search and total.

Internal assistant

Answers pulled from your own documents and policies, so staff stop asking one person the same question.

Websites and landing pages

Including the page an ad or a van sticker actually sends people to.

Social media and ads

Content, scheduling and paid ads, on a flat monthly fee with no cut of your spend.

Tool selection

Help choosing and buying software, with no commission from any vendor, including when the answer is to cancel one.

Support afterwards

Monitoring and changes as the work changes. Monthly and cancellable.

None of it gets recommended unless the audit says it earns its keep.

Questions we get asked

Then we tell you that, and you have your answer for $449 instead of finding out after spending a great deal more. It is a real possibility and we would rather say it than invent work. In practice we have never looked at a business and found nothing at all, because the things we look for accumulate quietly in every business that has grown. But the plan is honest about what is not worth touching, and that section is usually longer than people expect.

The audit is $449, fixed, and you know that before you book. There is nothing else to decide on the call and nothing gets quoted at you during it. If you do go on to have something built, it is a fixed price agreed in writing first, never an hourly rate that runs. Where a tool has its own monthly fee we list it separately, so you can always see what is ours and what is the vendor's. We take no commission from any vendor, and no percentage of any ad spend.

No. If your team can use email and a spreadsheet, they can use anything we set up. What we need is an hour or so from whoever actually does the job today, because they know where it really goes wrong. That is the whole ask.

Two 30-minute calls, a few days apart so there is time to look properly at what you told us. The written plan follows the second call. If you decide to have something built after that, you get a date in writing before it starts, and the new way runs alongside the old way until it matches. The switch-over should not be a day you have to survive.

Genuinely fine, and it is the reason the plan is written in plain language rather than ours. Hand it to your own team, your IT person, or another firm. A fair share of what we find is a change someone in the business can make in an afternoon without paying anyone. You are not signing up to anything by booking.

Your data stays in your accounts, under your logins. We work under an NDA and a written data agreement from day one. Where a third-party tool is involved, we tell you which one, where it stores things, and whether it trains on your content, before you agree to use it. If something cannot leave your business, we work around that.

Start with the part of the week you dread.

An hour of your time, $449, and you stop guessing where it goes. Worst case you get a clear plan and a list of software to cancel, and you never speak to us again.
